Apple wood box with Yellowheart handle
This little turned box is a duplicate of a gift I made for a family member at Christmas time because of the reactions of those who saw it. Turned from a single peice of applewood, you can see the grain continues pot to lid. So small, somewhat challenging to get that inside so clean, it makes me think of favourite a childhood literary bear and his smackerals of honey. Finished in food friendly beeswax in case it will hold dry food items for you; salt, spices or sugar. The yellowheart lid is turned seperately and also finished in the same beeswax.
